Booking & Payment

Bookings confirmed upon full payment. Prices may change before confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel 48h before for full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Contact contact@klavlo.com or +380 739 672 6803.

Liability & Safety

Advanced driving involves risk. Valid license required. We are not liable except as required by law. Our liability is limited to amount paid.

Personal Data

We process data under consent and contract, per Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 8153-IX. See Privacy Policy.

Complaints & Disputes

Contact us first. You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Out-of-court resolution available per Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX.

Advertising

Advertising is truthful and not misleading, per Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR. No unsubstantiated safety or performance claims.
